Supplied under the lend-lease agreement this vehicle became the standard battle taxi for the British Infantry during the NW Europe campaign.
Differed from the M3 halftrack in having a different engine and welded rather than bolted sides. Also had curved rear sides rather than flat plates.
Built by International and supplied for lend- lease.
